The Application Process
Step 1
Fill out the application thoughtfully. This is your first signal — we pay attention to how you show up here.
Step 2
We review for clarity of direction, coachability, and genuine readiness. Every application is read by a human.
Step 3
We assess fit based on where you're headed, the seriousness of your intent, and your capacity to engage fully. This isn't a gatekeeping exercise — it's how we protect the quality of the cohort for everyone in it.
Step 4
You'll hear back within 7–10 days. If timing isn't right, we'll let you know clearly and respectfully.
Step 5
If you're waitlisted and want to strengthen your case, show us what you've been building. Progress speaks.
Step 6
Once accepted: a personal onboarding call, track selection, and a clear path forward. Then we get to work.
